Hungary hotel occupancy rate falls to 67.9pc pc in September

Average occupancy rate at selected three-, four- and five-star hotels in Hungary was 67.9pc in September down from 72.9pc in August, and the July rate of 68.3pc, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) reported on Tuesday.

In the first eight months of the year average occupancy rate was 59.6pc.
September guest nights at the selected hotels dropped 7.9pc from the same month a year earlier.
