Hungary hotel occupancy rate falls to 61.4pc pc in October

Average occupancy rate at selected three-, four- and five-star hotels in Hungary was 61.4pc in October down from 66.7pc in September, and the August rate of 72.9pc, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) reported on Monday.

In the first nine months of the year average occupancy rate was 59.7pc.
October guest nights at the selected hotels dropped 5.3pc from the same month a year earlier.
