Hungarians tourists safe in Kenya

The Hungarian nationals staying in Kenya are safe, Hungarian consul Andras Kocsis told MTI on Saturday afternoon after he had visited holidaying Hungarians at Malimbi, a seaside resort close to Mombasa.

[MTI] Violence which broke out after claims that the presidential elections of December 27 were rigged has not extended to the region of Mombasa, he said.

The 208 Hungarian tourists will return to Budapest early next week in two groups, the consul said.
